Definitions

“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”: This includes computer software and may also include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation found on www.davimaxsoft.com, also image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your order of "Davimax software".

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

If you have purchased a single copy of Davimax Software you can use it on up to three devices, all updates are free of charge during the license period for the three devices

Reproduction and DISTRIBUTION

All Material is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this Material, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

TERMS OF USE

1. You may use this software or any component within this software package during the license period on up to three devices, including receiving software updates for those three registered devices.

2. Download updates available for the version purchased of the software free of charge this means if you purchase version 2.0, all updates will be free till 2.9 release.

3. Backup the software or any necessary components to re-download and re-install later when needed.

4. You may receive technical support using e-mails if you have any questions or issues on how to operate the software during the license period.

Restrictions

You understand and agree that you may only use this Software in a manner that complies with this EULA; use must be according to applicable restrictions concerning privacy and intellectual property rights.

1. You may not copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, reproduce, and transfer copies of the software or any components of the software Davimax.

2. You may not change, remove, and edit any component including logos and software trademark. (This License does not grant permission to use the trademarks or logos).

3. Alter the Material in any way or for any purpose, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Material or create derivative works based on this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. (Unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law).

4. Distributing the license codes is strictly prohibited.
